Big Brother Canada 4’s Nikki Grahame Dies At 38

It’s a sad day in the Big Brother universe as one of its major stars Nikki Grahame has died. Grahame is best known for appearing on the seventh season of Big Brother UK. She then appeared on the Ultimate Big Brother in 2010. She also had her own series called Princess Nikki. Grahame also appeared on the fourth season of Big Brother Canada as part of a twist. Nikki Grahame passes away on April 9, 2021.

The reality star has been battling anorexia throughout her life, and in March 2021, her friends and family announced a relapse. They set up a GoFundMe to help her get treatment for her eating disorder. According to BBC News, Grahame checked into a private facility last month and remained there until her death on Friday. Nikki Grahame died due to complications with her anorexia nervosa disorder.

Nikki Grahame has been such a memorable personality in the reality TV world, constantly bringing laughter, a cheerful spirit, and so much entertainment to the Big Brother world.  The world will not quite be the same without Nikki Grahame. Personally, she was one of my favorite Big Brother personalities. I loved seeing her on Big Brother Canada 4 and watching old clips from her on the UK versions, and getting her insight on the houseguests with her various appearances on Big Brother’s Bit On The Side. Nikki Grahame gave so much to the Big Brother world (and not just amazing gifs, which you can see some below), but a passion for bringing entertainment to the series.

At times like these, it’s truly hard to know exactly how to act or what to say, but we can all honor Nikki Grahame by seeking help when needed. If you or someone you know suffers from an eating disorder, please consider contacting the National Eating Disorders organization for help.  Rest in peace, Nikki Grahame. You truly were one of a kind.
