BBCAN11 Week 1 Power of Veto Competition Results

  • Ty won the Power of Veto!

Anika asked him to play for her, so she wants him to use the Veto to save her from the Block. However, she was truly supposed to be a pawn. Anika pitched him to take her off the Block. Anika felt that because she chose him as a houseguest choice that he should save her with the Veto. She also didn’t want to keep being o the Block as a pawn. Ty was receptive to this request.

Prior to this conversation, Zach and he discussed talking to HOH Santina about nominating John Michael “JM” as her replacement. Santina had spoken previously about backdooring JM. Therefore, it’s highly that after the Power of Veto Ceremony, JM will be on the Block, and Anika will be off of it. According to Ty, it came down to Dan and him for the Veto.

Therefore, the Veto was likely going to be used either way this week–if it was used during the Veto Ceremony today. The backdoor JM plan seems inevitable this week.

How do you feel about Ty winning the first Power of Veto Competition? Do you think JM will really be backdoored?
