This Big Brother Canada 11 week is a lot more exciting than expected. At the start of the week, it seemed like things would play out in a predictable manner. However, if the current Head of Household is anything, he is an agent of chaos. He’s been just digging himself into a spot that he may not be able to maneuver his way out of after his reign ends.
The Big Brother gods have not been in his favor. All of his plans seem to be failing in a spectacular way this week. First, he couldn’t get his initial target and now it looks like his backup target may also be off the board. He’s also going into next week with all the knives pointed at him.
Ty wanted either Santina or Renee gone, but now after Monday’s Digital Daily, it was looking like neither would be leaving this week. The Belairdiect Protection Insurance vote saved Santina. Then Ty made a really questionable decision by selecting Shanaya to play in the Power of Veto Competition.
And karma came at him fast when Shanaya won the Veto. She planned to use it to save Renee, which would force Ty not only to nominate someone else but to figure out a new target. Hope is currently on the Block next to Renee, but this was apparently because he volunteered to go on it. It seems that Ty does want to work with Hope, so he may not want to see him go out the door on Thursday. This means that Ty may need to nominate someone he thinks the house will see as a bigger threat than Hope.
Ty allegedly told Hope that Jonathan will be the nominee if Renee comes off the Block. Kuzie told Jonathan the same. This is why The Crown planned to try to convince Shanaya to not use the Veto. They want to keep nominations the same and then vote out Renee. However, they may lie to Shanaya about who they will vote out. Daniel and Kuzie are also both worried that Ty will nominate one of them or Anika. The fact that he didn’t pick any of them to play in the Veto also amplifies this fear.
Shanaya seemed determined to use the Veto, so it would be a complete shock if she doesn’t use it to save Renee.

It’s now Jonathan against Hope on the Block. Likely, Jonathan is his target but the house already seems divided on who to vote out this week, so it could go either way. Either way, it seems that this duo will be split apart and The Crown is already about to lose a member.
