Big Brother Canada 9 Spoilers: Week 7 Power of Veto Ceremony Results

What a difference a day makes in the Big Brother game. On Friday, Head of Household Jedson was set on staying true to the Sunsetters by taking out either Tera or Breydon. Jedson and his team were even plotting to backdoor Breydon, but this week’s BBCAN9 Power of Veto competition really shook up the week. Instead of a clear shot for a Sunsetters final five, Jedson has decided to sway from the course and make a potential game-winning move or a potential game-destroying move. It’s Big Brother, so you never really know if this is the move to make or break your game.

Tera’s future in the Big Brother Canada 9 house wasn’t looking great on Saturday, but a clutch win has given her a new life and it may take out one of her allies. Today should be a really interesting day in the Big Brother Canada house.

Jedson plans to nominate Kiefer as Tera’s replacement nominee. Kiefer won’t be going into today completely blindsided as he suspected yesterday that he may be the replacement nomination. The feeds had been down since last night and early this morning, but when they returned Kiefer knew what to expect. The feeds returned around noon today and it was an emotional discussion where Kiefer was informed that he would be the replacement nominee. Tychon, Jedson, and Beth felt bad about the move but they were determined to make it.

Kiefer was the only player remaining in the house that was completely loyal to Tychon, Beth, and Jedson. Every other player still in the house would make a move against the trio (as they should). Kiefer also had a good win record, so he was the odds favorite to win the upcoming Head of Household. His leaving puts Beth, Tychon, and Jedson at a small disadvantage. However, they will still make up 50 percent of the house by Thursday. If two of them are on the block, and the third person wins Veto, then they have the numbers to save the other member.

Taking out Kiefer could be a good move for Jedson’s game resume. He hasn’t had many wins, so he hasn’t been the direct cause of anyone’s eviction. Kiefer is a huge Big Brother Canada 9 player at the moment, so anyone who takes him out of the game will definitely at least win some respect from the jury.

So did Jedson stick to his plan and nominate Kiefer this week? Read below to find out.

  • Tera used the Veto to save herself. Jedson nominated Kiefer as her replacement.

It’ll be a hard road for Kiefer to convince the houseguests to keep him over Tina, but it’ll be fascinating to see if he tries to campaign for his Big Brother Canada game future. He seemed pretty defeated after learning he would go on the block, but he has a few days to get that fire back. Don’t give up yet, Kiefer!
